Pastor Lito Lucas came to know Christ as his Savior and Lord at the age of 13 years old. He knew on May 1, 1975 God called him to the ministry. He was involved in the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU) as a student leader in high school and college. He was also actively involved in his church in the Philippines serving in many leadership positions. After years of challenges and seeking God’s confirmation, in 1992 he left his job and answered God’s call to full-time ministry. He moved to the United States to study at Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas. In 1997, he graduated with a of Master of Theology in Pastoral Leadership. Following graduation, he and his family moved to Lakeland, Florida due to his wife’s job. However, God also had another plan for them, to start a Filipino International church. From a simple bible study in 1998, a new church work starts in 1999 and in 2012, the Lord opened another door to start a new church work in in the Winter Haven area.
In 2018, Pastor Lito has received his Doctor of Ministry degree, specializing in Pastoral Counseling, from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
He is married to his high school sweetheart Lilybeth, a registered physical therapist who is presently serving as the Rehab Director at the Estates at Carpenters. They have three children, Patrick, Andy, and Gracie. Patrick, is a recent graduate from the University of Florida, a Customer Experience Specialist at Qgiv in Lakeland, and part-time Worship and Media Coordinator at PICF. Andy is currently in high school and Gracie is currently in middle school.
During their spare time, they enjoy going to Disney World.
